This classic 1929 Spanish style colonial in the hills of Los Feliz is the home of Proem co-founder, Marie Trohman. Designers are notoriously their own worst clients, so having a great team to collaborate with was essential to keeping the long process on track for Marie and her family. Construction lasted 2 years on the extensive renovation, which included a new guest house, swimming pool, hardscape, landscape and alteration to the existing 3-story, 4300 square foot home.
